Shipping and Returns Policy
RETURNS
We have hand selected each item in our shop because we believe in them, but we understand if you need to make a return.
Please note - all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please be in touch to initiate your return or exchange at hello@erinandco.com. We ask that returns be made within 14 days of purchase and that the product(s) be unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping and we recommend that you ship your return via a trackable service - we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
ERIN & CO ships across Canada & the United States. All orders placed online at www.erinandco.com are processed within 1-4 days. You will receive an email notification when your products are shipped. If an item is unavailable at the time you place your order, you will be notified about the wait time.
Customers in the United States are responsible for import taxes, carrier fees, and customs declarations.
If your item has been marked as 'delivered' but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. Packages are frequently scanned as 'delivered' when in fact they are still enroute.
Please note that we are unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. You can reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
